There is one more secret one, and you get the others for doing the ARC and Arunmor storyline missions.
However, I'm not sure if it's possible to get all 12 of them with one user...

It's possible to get more than 7. Here's the way I've done it so far, I have quite a few awards:
1. Accept ARC's first mission, do it. (MaidenFlight award)
2. Send a copy of Revelation to Arunmor (dunno if this is necessary, but you get the cash). You don't get the "BackFire" award.
3. Do the ARC mission "Darwin".
4. Do the Arunmor missions "Tracer" "TakeMeToYourLeader" "ARCInfiltration", by getting them through the mission log deal.
5. Do the two secret missions ("Mole????" "Wargames????")
6. Do any ARC missions they send you, such as "SaveItForTheJury" or "ShinyHammer"
7. (Dunno if this is possible through mission log, since my save is corrupted or something) Save the day by stopping Revelation. ("CounterAttack")or...
Destroy the Internet by spreading Revelation ("GrandTour")
That's at least 8 awards... but I assume it's impossible to get all 12. Seems as if 11 is the max.
