Update...

When I opened the coldstone folder, the folder redrew itself and for OS (X) the icon changed O_O. It changed from the blue tree to this:

Okay, that is strange. Maybe it's an easter egg of some sort. Try changing your computer's calender back to the day that it happened and see if it does it again.
