    • 10.2 coldstone builds only works in 10.2 ???

      In my previous post your comments were very helpful, but I still don't understand why the "user" of the product (i.e. coldstone game) would have to partition off their drive for Jaguar as well.

      also: why has nobody posted add-on files for coldstone since 2002?

      Builds in Coldstone work on Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, and Windows. You have to tell it which platforms though. Read the Coldstone manual for more information on this.

      And about the lack of addon files...I don't know. There are a lot a third-party sites that offer such things. Maybe I'll release something here sometime. 😄

      The problem with Coldstone in Panther (primarily) is that games compiled using the CGE simply do not run in Panther. As such, if a user of Panther wished to play a game developed in Coldstone, they would need to maintain a separate boot system to be able to run the game.

      As to the addon files, I released an addon file that was placed in the queue three or four days ago. They are updated fairly often, as files are supplied. 🙂
