When I start up CS I have the Tips of the Day box come up. Now if I click on the Tools menu I can see several options that look very good. When I click OK on the Tips of the Day box the options vanish. Does any one know why?
Here are the extra options:
Optimize Maps (alt-command-4)
Batch Modify Locations
Export Game Texts
Export Stats Sheets
Check Maps
Import Game Texts
Find Used Pictures

EDIT: I have also found some others in other menus.

In the project menu:
Build Engine (command-

In the Coldstone menu:
Version Information
Register

In the help menu:
Documetation.

wow, yeah i see that too!

I guess its the remains of some planned features that were never implemented, maybe there coming in an update, if we ever see one.

Yeah, and these 'remains' as you call them is probably somewhat to blame for most of the crashes and glitches in the CSE. It's probably an extremely tangled source code, and that's why nobody wants to touch it. Also, I haven't heard anything from Ambrosia for quite some time now. They're a little too quiet on their end....Maybe this is a good sign?

Hi. You can determine how many days of posts you want to see when you load the Coldstone board page. Unless deleted by a mod, the posts are there.

Nevertheless, it seems to me that your post was appropriate and tied to this one, even though it also tied to the other one.
