I have just bought Coldstone and have recieved my license code but both the invoice email and confirmation page said the nothing will be shipped to me. Is this talking about my license codes or will I not get a CD with artwork on?

Actually, I have recently purchased Coldstone as well, and this is what happened:
I got the same invoice as you did, with the license code, and then another email saying that I bought it, but not when it was shipping. I recieved the CD's a week later, but I live in NY, so results may vary. But here is what I got:
1 CD with unregistered games
1 custom burned CD of Coldstone
! letter, which read:
We are in the process of updating the Coldstone CD, but we figured that you would want your CD right away, so we have included for now a custom burned CD of Coldstone. When we are finished with the new CD, we will ship the updated CD to you as well.
Just give it a while Pilky, it will come.

Not exactly this means that they are updating the cd's. It could mean that they will update it to v1.01 or v1.2. v1.2 is being worked on at this time so I dought that they are updating the cd's to v1.2.

My guess is that they are going to address some of the problems with the graphics resolution problem, along with some of the other problems that come up on the disc.

Well... since there hasn't been such a thing as Coldstone 1.1, and since 1.0.2 apparently exists, I'd say he meant 1.0.2.

If there is a 1.2, I'd certainly hope I'd at least get to play with it.

I ment 1.0.2, I believe that the next version of colstone is v1.1. All I know about 1.1 is that it will be built with a newer version of realbasic which will help with some of the bugs expeinced in OSX. They are having problems converting coldsone to the newer version of realbasic and that is why we get the feeling of being abandoned by Beenox.
