    • Coldstone online mag

I have had a bright idea (and trust me. that is a rare occurence). Why don't I make an e-magazine for coldstone. Tell me what you think.

P.S. the coldstone resource centre is still open to new people.

Cheesiest film line of all time "Flash I love you but we only have 14 hours to save the earth" from Flash Gorden

    • What content would there be for such a thing?

'You can either be on the stage, just a performer, just going through the lines...or you can be outside it, and know how the script works, where the scenery hangs, and where the trapdoors are. Isn't that better?'
      -- T. Pratchett

    • Tutorials, game reviews (of coldstone games), coldstone news and possibly interviews with game creators. If I did do it I'd probably need some help (I'm remedial at english 😉 )

It sounds like a good idea. How often would you send this e-magazine out?

    • I'm down with that. Good idea.

      You sicken me.

    • Sounds like it will be a popular thing
I'll post more info on the CRC forum about what will be in the first issue

    • yeah, you could do that with Acrobat Reader. We had something like this before in our german RPG-Maker community; we had Interviews with game makers, previews, reviews, release dates of popular games and a lot of other stuff.
You could publish new recources such as graphics, sounds, music, etc. in the magazine as well. 😉
Or how would it be with a collection of the most frequently questions of the last month?

Well, maybe this could get more efficient when the community of Coldstone here grows bigger.

      nice greets,
      Ancient

    • I was thinking of making it as a PDF.

    • Ooo, a coldstone showcase? Now THAT is a good idea. I would subscribe! Suggestion though: You ought to look at other (e)magazines and see what kind of content is located in them. You could also include graphics, music attatchements, etc. Pilky, your on a roll!

Whose cruel idea was it to put an 'S' in lisp?
      Genesisp.com

    • I wouldn't actually include them with the magizine but I would put a reference to them so you could get them off the CRC

    • Glenn, I hope that you are reading this, since you posted in this topic and may see it again. I wrote a Coldstone article based on (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/webboard/Forum61/HTML/001379.html#")this topic(/url) on the PoG webboard topic. The only thing is, I want to have your permission before it is published (it's sent, but I suppose that it can be stopped if you refuse to let me use your text). I cannot access your e-mail address, so I can only hope that you are reading this. Otherwise, it looks like it will be published whether you like it or not.
