I'm stuck on a donation mission. I complete the transfer, clear the statements in both accounts of the offending entry, I've even tried logging in as admin on the bank computer (both accounts are at the same bank - much quicker) and delete the entries there. Every time I've emailed them they tell me the transfer didn't go through. Well the originating account is now almost empty I've done the transfer so many times. They still don't believe me, I've check the account numbers and amount etc.

What's the trick? Do I have to leave certain log or statement entries? Do I have to edit entries? If so what software do I use to do that?

Dont delete the statements.

I know it says gets rid of any trace of it, but only break your log chain and they'll pay you

Just reply before you delete the statements then it will work. Delete them after you get the confirmation. Also, write down the account numbers so you can make your own negative donation later.
