Yeah, honestly, what I think you need to do is hang out here for a while, get to know a few people, their strengths and what-not, talk your game up a bit, and see if people are interested. But have a plan, not necessarily a plan cut in stone, but a plan. Too many people post "I'm forming a team to make a game"

It took me 6 months of looking to find a person that was A)Capable and B)Ready to start. Give it some time, and in the meantime keep plugging away at your specialty, having something to show a prospective partner speaks volumes.
