What are good settings for compressing a .dv clip for use full-screen in a Coldstone game?

Assuming the end user has QT6, I'd use Mpeg4. To be more global, try Sorenson3 codec at medium-medium high quality, with a framerate of at least 15

is the clip of a actual movie or like a opening animated sequence? if its a 3d movie like in bryce etc id use the early sorenson stuff for compatibility, if its some sharp cartoony art, maybe like a cutscene, id use cinepak, and if its just some jpegs pahsing in and out displaying logos etc id just use the old motion jpeg. mpeg 4 if you arent worried about compatibility and want really good compression. mpeg 4 would work with like all osx users but yo8u may have somne trouble with classic users.
