Are you referring to graphics programs that you can't use because they don't fit your system requirements, wallet, or skill base? What are you trying to draw?

Just pimpin' my (url="http://"http://www.thejbfc.com")fishing skills(/url),(url="http://"http://www.renderosity.com/gallery.ez?ByArtist=Yes&Artist;=dampeoples")gallery(/url), and (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/dampeoples/Sterling/Menu19.html")other stuff(/url) -
Photoshop Elements by Adobe is about $100 now I believe.
Alternatively, you could try using (url="http://"http://www.codenautics.com")Meshwork(/url) and (url="http://"http://www.povray.org")POV-Ray(/url) for rendered three-D graphics. (url="http://"http://www3.corel.com/cgi-bin/gx.cgi/AppLogic+FTContentServer?pagename=Corel/Product/Details&id;=CC1M72VRBAC")Bryce 3D(/url) is usually highly recommended for terrain. And I just can't resist plugging the best 3D app of all, (url="http://"http://www.strata.com")Strata 3D Pro(/url)

We have discussed this kind of thing before, you might want to try a (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/cgi-bin/ubb/search.cgi?action=intro&default;=48")search(/url).
I personally am using (url="http://"http://www.jarfish.com/CS3D/")Clayscape(/url), (url="http://"http://www.curiouslabs.com/")Poser(/url), (url="http://"http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html")Photoshop(/url), and some other free 3d programs that are unavailable for download right now, I believe. With the exception of Clayscape, these are not cheap, though.
