I've posted a few music files up in the audio section already, (someone was kind enough to give all my pieces a 100 rating!) and was wondering if anyone wanted any music written for their programs... I'll even write something just for somebody's amusement- no program required- I just need an excuse to write a piece. And an excuse to let other people hear it.
I write music in MIDI (though I have a program that takes MIDI and brushes it up to make it a little more colorful-), but if I can manage it I may just be able to get some people from my school to record it- depending on how big and ambitious the piece turns out to be, (likely I'd only do this for a reasonably sized project-) and if I can find a decent microphone to borrow from someone.
Anyone interested? There is more of my pieces in a link in my profile, I think, if you want to get a better idea of where I am as a composer.
I don't own Coldstone, but out of curiosity, can you set it to have a program play from a selection of music for a particular scene/level (as in not just a looping piece but multiple pieces?) I noticed in POG that each place had just one piece that was written around the idea of being looped.

I haven't had the opportunity yet to download any of your pieces, though I have seen them continually being added to the downloads section. And I will say I do plan on checking them out before my next PoG plug-in is released, as some of their titles appear to fit well with what I'm doing(obviously I'll have to listen to them, but they will probably work fine).

If you're really looking at writing some music and recording it... how about a dark piece that gives a sense of forbodding, mystery, and confusion. Think of the setting as a cavern, much like a labyrinth, where one can easily become lost and confused, and danger is ever present.

If you can come up with something that would fit that theme, and you would like to, I'd love to give it a listen and most likely put it in my next creation. And of course, give credit where it is due.

Um... would you know someone with a good voice. I want a woman. But I've developed lyrics for a theme song for my game. And I wanted a woman with a good voice to sing it. Um.. so if you do know anyone then could you tell me. I just wanted to know. Thanks
