OK Ladies and Gentlemen, here's the news that you've all been waiting for (and that those of you who've been keeping an eye on the votes thread have already guessed!) This month's winner of the Chronicle of the Month award, recipient of 5 out of 6 votes, is none other than the author of the Elflord series, llegolas!
