No I quoted a friend who was quoting Saddam Hussan (I think that was the guy).
And I'm preatty sure that Saddam Hussan (once again I'm not sure if this is the guy) said "All your base are belong to us" right before a failed military takeover of U.S. occupied basses in Iraq. It was pretty (AHHH, I don't know how to spell pretty!!!!) funny.
