I'm not, I'm busy testing the editor right now. I guess andrew wants us to focus on one or the other instead of spreading our resources between the 2.

I have also been picked. I did not, however, get a link to where I could download PoG. This is most likely because it will not be available for download for a while, or perhaps I've mearly overlooked it. Andrew, if I did overlook it, please send me another mail.

andrew didn't give us the link for the editor beta either right away, we had to wait. Twas a nifty Christmas present when we finally got it though.

Um... You want to beta test but you missed the following phrase in our email?
"Please do not send messages to the list until we've released the first beta version of PoG -- software development isn't an exact science, so I can't tell you exactly when it will be available, but it will be soon."
Better tune up your observation skills if you intend to actually help make PoG a better game.

That's the mailing list. This is the web board. I was merely asking if it was ready yet, or if I had just overlooked it (even though I do read all of the emails I actually read begining to end without missing anything.

And for your information this would be my sixth beta test, my skills of detection are very well practiced

Lt. Et'he was just posting the whole statement, but focusing on the second part about it not being avalible for download yet. I'm quite sure he knew the difference between the mailing list and this board...

I am a tester as well. My first beta, I am very excited but a little nervous--any suggestions beyond Andrew's in the email?
Found the list with everyone on it, here's what to do (this is obviously for those who are beta-testing only):
1. Go to (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pog_beta")this page(/url)
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. See the words "pog_beta Subscribers?" Under those it states, "Enter your address and password to visit the subscribers list:"
4. ...do as it says! Enter your Email Address and Password to go to the subscribers' list!

andrew won't kill you, what will kill you is if you dont check your email at least 3 times a day. you will soon find yourself with about 80 messages inbox.
words of wisdom, set up filters to move your messages where you want them. I have filters that put messages from asw and beenox in one folder, and all the other messages from imaginary_colstone_address_which_I_will_not_reveal_because_I might get into trouble_for_it@asw.com into another. It'll make it a lot easier on you.

Or you can change your beta configuration to receive messages in digest mode.

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams
I saw the Beta request on my second visit to the Coldstone board (the first being when Dee told me I couldn't have the development versions anymore because they'd teamed up with Ambrosia, and Andrew said so - that was many months ago!) You just gotta have the luck!

That's a mighty fine way to get booted off of the beta list (besides, the list software won't allow you to do it).

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

That's what I had to do for a while. I took a week off since my family was on a vacation, and when I got back they had released coldstone b2 and my inbox had over 160 e-mails!
I'm on PoG's beta team. Its my second beta, as Coldstone is my first.
