I'd make it
3d iso metric, turn based, with gratuitous unique spells, 2 characters, in chapter form so I could add editions/expansions/scenarios , voice acting, hand drawn portraits, unorthodox artistic style (mine),T - M content (for content not violence),aa story line to impress, and a ship load of shot gun/grenade toting characters in a fantasy or alternate reality setting.

A fantasy RPG where there are mystical beings such as Dragons, Demons, Goblins, Orcs, Elves, etc. I would make it so that the only fighting is with medievil weaponry (classics such as swords, axes, hammers, bow and arrows, armour, etc.). I would make a fantasy world so rich that it is not enough to explore the main map, but you'll need to find every single corner of the game world to be satisfied. That is the kind of game that I would make.

I have to say I'd make a fantasy RPG. I'd have Myth's terrain engine and gorgeous graphics. Also, it would have a well-built storyline. It wouldn't have such a 'one-themed' world as Diablo for instance, but would encompass an entire world. There would be lots of useless stuff and to complete the central plot you wouldn't have to go everywhere. It would be like a sprawl with lots of missions, like Escape Velocity.
