wow - great idea!
Only slight irk was that I found myself getting pulled through walls occasionally when I turned. I guess that's probably unavoidable given the size constraints and hence how thin the walls are.
Very innovative concept

Thanks.
BTW, how slight is the irk? Because I noticed it as well while testing, and realized that I'd have to pretty much completely redo the level to fix it. I'd have to make every passage at least as wide as the ship is tall, and not just as wide as it is wide. This would also dumb down the maze design considerably.
So I left it in as an "added challenge", and gave enough health to survive a few cross-wall experiences. But if there's enough annoyance at it, I'll fix it.
BTW, I consider it a bug that rotating the ship in a narrow spot like this pushes through the walls. Ideally, you wouldn't be able to turn around and have to back up to the entrance in order to leave.

I would agree it is a bug in the game engine - there's no need allow that sort of thing to happen - but I doubt it is easy to fix
As far as the map is concerned, then yes I agree with you (as I commented about space constraints) I think it is fine because there isn't room to make it any better. I suppose you could simply acknowledge the bug as a feature - make the 'sucking' walls part of your plot in the alternate universe. I also liked your humour in that - which I did dutifully read before I played

Yes, the file name states that it's an entry, and yes, the map file itself states that I am the original author, but I'm still going to need to insist that you include a mostly-useless readme in the map archive. Sorry.

Oh, i don't mind. I missed that in the rules.

That was pretty fun. Quite creative. Although I couldn't get the lava blobs to come through the wall properly in my level, I'm glad you made it work
Almost done with mine! (first level - might be good)

We're happy about every new map desiger.

Are you allowed to change the colour of the page background / the background sprite?
Yes. You can even change to type of the sheet of paper if you want (say, to graph-paper), as long as you don't change the size.

Also, are you allowed to use Custom graphics (through Custom Asset Enabler)?
I think I'll have to say no one that one. However, if you have a OnePage map design that would be absolutely perfect if it used custom graphics, feel free to make it outside of the contest.

Thanks, I'll probably make a contest and non-contest (released after all of the proceedings) version of the map then.
PiSketch, can I use your multiple boss ides in my level?? I have a pretty good idea, but I need to use more than one "boss"
I finished, well sort of. Criticize bellow please. Its my first level so tell me how I did. Should I give more time to complete or will that take away from the challenge?

The exploding walls were a nice touch. I thought the time limit was too tight, though, and never did beat it. Also, are the doors supposed to open after you beat the last boss? because they don't.

Well, for starters, it would be nice if it were possible to beat it. Perhaps you could make those fake doors open after beating the last boss?
Also, the first boss kills itself (although this may be intentional), and I can snipe the second boss from out of its range while the first boss is committing suicide.

You managed to escape from the final boss's room? If that were possible, I would call the time limit just about exactly right for "it is just possible to beat this level". Perhaps add a couple of seconds, but not much more (or about 30-40 seconds, if you change the first couple of bosses to require actual effort to kill).
Edwards
Beaten in 33 seconds. It was okay. I found the bosses to be extremely creative. I'd like to see what the first one is like when it works properly.
