How do you get custom levels? I have beat the game on easy and hard with 100% and there is no custom levels unlocked.

You don't unlock custum levels. You make them with the editor And, you don't need beat the game to do that, mate. A few of them are scattered around these forums, so download them and put them in the "Custum Levels" folder. The go to SF's menu, click play, and then click custum levels. Easy as that, mate.

It's also pretty easy to use the editor, and there are a number of interesting levels coming out soon, so you should have a good time.
