If you didn't notice, Edgar did e-mail the admins at ambrosia quite a few times. As did I. You failed to take ANY action. The admins wouldn't even tell me what I was accused of doing. So this is what it takes to get a reply out of you. I've recieved 2 e-mails today already, that's much quicker than the month I waited for a reply to my question of why I was banned. Apparently the squeeky hinge does get the oil. Edgar Hons is not the only one spamming you here, quite a few of us are. We will continue to spam you, from these computers and from others if we need to, until Edgar Hons is unbanned from the avara tracker.

Never got one. You shouldn't go complaining of no action until someone replies to an email.

Are you sure you sent it to the mods address? Did you try sending it to each individual mod address? Seriously, there may be a problem since Robin has sent emails to us about something that I never got.

Also - if you sent something to help@ambrosiasw.com, we don't get copies of it.

I just emailed David and andrew asking if something like an email asking for a banning of an ip to the Avara tracker comes in, that the mods FIRST be told about it, BEFORE any action is taken. This was not the policy before. Actually there was no policy - it just happened.

The only thing I can promise you is you're demonstrating to the public that you are immature if you continue acting the way you are tonight.

Stop.

If that happens I'll continue to try and get answers. Anything other than complete stopping and, as I said before, further action will be taken.

Please consider that. That's the best I can offer you at this time.

Taz!, that's not acceptable. David Dunham said he would look into it too, he never did anything. You expect us to stop spamming while you do essentially nothing? yah right. Unless you want your web boards to be forced into putting up new restrictions in order to keep out our daily spam, I suggest you have Edgar Hons unbanned NOW. Otherwise it will continue, and not just in the avara web board either.

I'm going to be as factual and unbiased as possible, so take this post with seriousness I ask of you...

When I say the system does not work, I truly believe it. The tracker screen gives me one E-mail address to use, and it is help@ambrosiasw.com. I assumed, because it said so, that this was who I was to E-mail if I had a problem.

Keep in mind, I've also stated I did not know this board existed before guys like Missile Man and Sphinx told me about it. Therefore, I would not know to E-mail anyone from here.

My complaint is that if you, the mods here, were the ones who banned me, you should have (And this really isn't asking much) sent me an E-mail explaining why I was banned, and what I can do to get unbanned, as well as having an E-mail address I can reply to.

But in the system set up, when you're banned, you're left nothing BUT the address which apparently doesn't work. When this E-mail doesn't work, I take it as being ignored. I come here, act unruly, and chaos ensues. I did not know that AmbrosiaSW.com and you mods were separate entities who apparently work individually on the same thing. I don't know why it would work in such a way, but once again, that's why I'm complaining.

So I ask of you these questions...

1. Is there anything I can do to get reinstated back on the tracker?
2. Are you capable of reinstating me?
3. Will you reinstate me?
4. Will there be a waiting period?

If the answer to 1 is No, I will continue to disrupt this board.
If the answer to 2 is No, could you please tell me who I can contact about it?
If the answer to 3 is No, why not?
If the answer to 4 is No, forget it, I will continue to disrupt this board.

I've been banned now for about 2 months, if I was being punished, I believe I've paid my time.

And now the people in charge of the avara community hate Ambrosia, and Ambrosia hates the whole avara community regardless of what's going on. And the only way you "support" the game is by trying to stop people from playing it. If you don't support our game, that we've worked a lot harder than you to develop.. you should stay the CANTELOPE out of our business. I totally agree. Having not had to deal with a person who possibly should not have been banned, it was never an issue before. I'll do what I can to get steps taken so that we ARE more involved with those actions.

My complaint to you, separate and distinct from the banning issue, is your behavior on this board. That may now effect any action I can get on the banning issue. Continued behavior will not help the matter at all. It can only hurt you.

All the mods do (some of us more than others) is maintain the Avara web site, and this board. Period. We don't do registrations, tracker stuff, anything like that. I'm here to help answer questions when I can, and find people to answer the questions I don't know the answer to.

Actually, you won't be able to disrupt this board much longer. It'll permban you once you reach a certain amount of posts within a certain time. Again, disrupting this board will NOT solve the problem. It never would have solved the problem. It just created ANOTHER problem tied to your name.

I told you I'm not going to wait, and I'm not gonna let the big man in charge of this whole operation (Who, if he/she actually did a good job would have directly contacted me by now) determine my fate.

Why should I take steps or put effort into this cause? As far as I know, when I get back, I could create a server and call it a "Super server" and get banned because it's somehow wrong. There's no list of rules, you're the first person I know who has expressed wrong with my 24/7 server.

Now I'll admit, I do control what goes on here in terms of me. As far as the problem here goes, it is me, and I can control it however I wish.

As far as the tracker goes, the people in charge have fouled up, they're the problem...I don't know if they realize it, but everyone who I've talked to has, including you who seems to have shown signs of sympathy. If me fixing the problem here can fix the problem on the tracker, fine, I'll do it. But it's gonna have to happen at the same time, I'll stop posting tonight if I get reinstated tonight, but I'm not waiting anymore than a day for my solution to start theirs.

If people feel I deserve some sort of punishment for my actions here, they must feel I've become a nuisance or a problem here. And there's a simple way for them to resolve it. I'd stop posting, Missile Man and Sphinx would stop too, although they could then focus on their bans, but that's not my matter. The problem would disappear, and I don't know why action hasn't been taken yet to fix it.

I think it's more than obvious what ambrosia should do in this situation. Anybody who has followed this fantastic display of idiocy for more than 5 minutes can clearly see that Edgar deserves an apology directly from Ambrosia, or who ever banned him. This should be followed immediately by unbanning him. FYI, i hardly know who edgar is. I'd suggest that edgar, Missile man, and sphinx all need to apologize for their use of this board, but it's absolutely ridiculous that it had to come to this. Typical for a company like ambrosia..
