Yes I beleive you can. Just create the beam object with static-relative-coord. and don't make it turreted or autotargeted in the attributes flag menue.

You could make an extremely rapid and fast moving beam that fires from a single beam port. I think that if you got it rapid enough, it might look like the Aud carrier's beam.

You can, Eminem. Just make it like the Aud. beam, but take off turreted and autotarget. Do the same for the launcher. That should work.
