I'm sorry to ask this as I'm sure it has been talked about over and over but my incessant searching always comes up empty paged...
Nova doesn't seem to work on 10.5.5 is there any way to get it to work?

    • That's not a lot of detail. Do you perchance have one of those MacBooks with the video problem, or whatever it was that had the keyboard problem?

    • Oh sorry, I meant when I start up Nova it says something
about my computer not supporting 256 or thousands of
colors which is needed to play nova. Do you guys know if
there is somehow anything I can do about that?

    • Again, do you have a recent MacBook or Air with the 3100 watchamacallit graphics card? This is a known problem (not related to 10.5.5) that will be resolved in Nova 1.1.

    • Probably bought it about 5 months ago. Is that new enough to be the problem?

    • Try older. The October-released MacBooks run Nova just fine since they have a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M instead of that troublesome GMA card. One from five months ago would have the GMA and therefore can't run Nova. 1.11 will fix the issue.

    • Well that is good to hear then, I thought I was going to have to wait till Starcraft 2 came out to play a game on my comp.
I will wait then. Thanks for the info.

    • Yup, that's the one that doesn't work.

Just wait a bit, if Rudy meant 12/30 of this year, that means that we should get EVN 1.1 within the next 9 hours.

    • D'oh! 1 moment please...

    • Did you just redownload 1.0.10? 😛

No, I downloaded 1.1, but then clicked on the Nova in my dock, which was 1.0.10.
