    • My plug-in freezes nova...

      please help.

It freezes at the ambrosia/atmos screen... I have to restart to get out of it. ctrl-alt-delete doesn't even work.
(Yes, Im on windows with EVNew)

Before you ask, Im just trying to test some outf, weap, flet, ship and dude resoures... so my nova files folder is a mish-mash of original nova files, an edited absolute minimum, and my plug with the resources im testing.
I've made sure none of the resources contradict (ie, two resources with the same number)
      Here's the log.

and thats about it. it freezes at object data. please help me. If you like, I can pm you a link to the file folder... it's .zip however.

    • The problem with the plug would not be data conflicts, it would be data missing.

I'd suggest building off of an absoluteminimum base, and IMPORTING nova placeholders as necessary.

well basically, I opened absolute and my plug side by side, and deleted out of absolute everything that my plug referenced.
Since I use Nova graphics and images and sounds, I threw in the Nova files.

anyone know what "object data" really is so I know what to look for?
(dont say data for objects ;))

    • I've located the culprit- but not the reason it doesn't work...

Can someone else look at it for me?

    • That doesn't make sense. But sure, we can take a look at it.

    • You should put AM in the Nova Files, and your plug in the Plug-ins file, without deleting anything from AM.
