As most of you know, my skills regarding 2-d only extend to resizing in GraphicConverter. But, the second chapter of Anathema requires a new government bar holovid background. Is there anybody out there who would like to take a crack at it? (If so, I'll fill you on the characteristics of the government so you're not going in blind).
