Maybe I could post a single image (like from the map screen) to the webboard directly so you could see the level layout. Let me try with a simple picture

Now wonder we say bad things about you in PGP...
Just kidding, we only discuss OBW stuff.

Most people are swindled into believing stupid things like Santa, the Tooth Fairy, God(s), etc.
They later side with common sense and stop believing in most of them.
Yet most refuse to let go of the ridiculous notion of the existence of God(s).
Whatever. I could post them on my page, if you e-mailed them to me.

Sorry about the lull in my creation process, I'm sure OBW hated it ;). I gave my girlfriend my cold last Friday so my past 3 nights have been consumed basically 100% by talking to her on the phone. What do you mean you don't want to hear about my personal life?

(NEW)-Level #31 is now officially complete but my (sorry OBW) level count remains at 39. Level 31 contains two sections, one which you visit about half way through the game and then the second half you visit after you finish level #39. I made the first half earlier and now I just finished the second half. It's actually very interesting to notice the design differences that have developed in my level creation style. The first half of the level contains wide open spaces with lots of intricate platforms and traps while the second half is more of a clastraphobic gauntlet. Don't worry, not all my later levels are swarming with enemies but level #31 is apart of, what I belive to be, my greatest creation

Oh, one more thing. I've tried to get a rock barrier to open after a specific enemy is killed but I fail to do so. It is my understanding that you put a number into the INFO (3) field of any enemy (I tried with both normal and boss) and then enter that number into INFO (0) of any rock barrier. In case it matters, I tried four times using the number 3 and -3 for both a seeker bat and mandraki warrior.....help?

Same here I tried to make some enemies in their own cubicles where you had to find the right combination of killables to open the door and it didn't work!! Oh well
------------------
from looking at the origional levels/ experimenting here is my definition of info(3):
info(3) when set to 1 defines the creature as a boss
info(0) of a rock barrior when set to -1 signifies the wall as boss opened
however a word of caution: this only works with know bosses(I think) try for yourself:
make a new world and make a goblin chief (From my experiance there is some stuff that needs to happen before the chief starts to move so he will be easy to kill) and set info(3) to 1 then make a rock barrior and set info (0) to -1 then play the world and it should work (I have posted a simple example (url="http://"http://www.obatik.com/ferazel/sample.sit") here(/url). sorry about any dashing any hopes :frown:
I'm still workin on the railroad...I'm actually off my goals for level construction. I planned to put all 17 trials of Xichra into 2 levels but I just finished my first of those and only got done with 4 trials...might have to add more levels, darn

How the **** do you make all those levels so fast??
Are they all 64x32 or something?

Yeah, his levels are kinda teensy and thin, but not THAT bad.

OBW: Smaller, but more scenic.
