      I have Killed a flak drone. i did't think you can kill a flak drone.

      It is possible to kill a flak drone, they are just exceedingly tough (15 000 shields, I believe), and in the levels they appear you generally don't have much heavy firepower to do so.

      So- assuming you didn't cheat in some way- congratulations.

      Also, the AI ships will never attempt to shoot a flak drone. But it is possible.

      You needn't cheat to kill a flak drone. Thinks of level 14 on Challenger plugin

      Level 14, Bazidanese Battleship. I've killed that Border Drone quite a number of times because it wouldn't stop killing my little cruisers. It's pretty easy with the Bazidanese Battleship - just stay just behind the Carrier and Cruisers to protect yourself from the missiles, and keep firing R-Plasmas.

      I just sent lot's of cruisers to it. (I did't cheat)

      You don't have to cheat to do it, just have lots of things for it to fire on while you whittle away at it's shields.

      Or you fire at it while you drift by over and over with a gunship. Its possible, but sometimes not worth the effort.
