      How to make them big

      What resource controls the size of the circle on the radar for a stellar object (planet)? I've added some new planets successfully but they all look like small moons on the radar no matter how large they are.

      As far as I know, the radar size is dependant on the size of the sprite, unless the spob is a station, hypergate, or wormhole.
      You may be getting caught by the game's high cut-off points for radar object sizes:
      4-pixel box: 0x0 - 89x89 pixels.
      Small circle: 90x90 - 199x199 pixels.
      Large circle: 200x200+ pixels.

      Also does anyone have any information about sounds? I've made a new hyperspace-in and out sound.
      When it plays in nova, it plays superfast (2X.. or more i can't really tell)
      I have a H-in sound at 22050 hz and a H-in 2X at 44100hz
      Do you have any idea why they are not playing at normal speed?

    • The speed the sound is played depends on the jump speed of your ship, which can either be slow (75%), normal, semi-fast (125%), or fast (150%).
