Cylone II is a game made by High Risk Ventures (I guess) and Ambrosia SW. It is a downloadable game but i can't find where to download it. To see the previous topic on Cyclone II click this linkOlder topic (for more info) That is about all the info I can give
Welcome to the boards, petersworld.
However, these are the wrong boards. Cyclone is not related to EV or developing and if you had read the topic you linked to you would have noticed that in fact it isn't even made by Ambrosia. Again if you had read the topic you would have found the download for Cyclone near the bottom. Due to the board changeover we had recently, the link has some extra characters at the start and end but I'm sure if you had looked carefully you would have noticed those and been able to remove them yourself.
Firstly thank you for welcoming me
Secondly I am new to posting here or any were I didn't think it would make any diffrence to where I started the new topic (maybe you could give me some pointers?)
Third and lastly thank you for giving me the link.
Figures.....they didn't make a version for OSX well that is a day wasted unless someone knows where i can ge it for OSX.

Most of the forums here are related to a specific topic and posts are expected to be related in some way to that topic. You are currently in the Escape Velocity Developer's Corner (EVDC) where posts are expected to be related in some way to the development of Ambrosia's Escape Velocity series. Forums like Ambrosia Banter or Just Chat are more open topic where you can post about pretty much anything you wish. Seeing as the original Cyclone topic came from Ambrosia Banter, that would have been a good place to ask for it.
Reading that topic, it appears Cyclone dates back to before the original Maelstrom. Very few games of that age are worth the developer's trouble of making an OS X version. So unless Cyclone went open source I can say with 99% confidence that there is no OS X version of it.
Can you not run it in classic?
In the future I would recommend Just Games for topics like this.
It works in Classic.
And finally, do not add 'ly' to first and other such words. Firstly is not a real word.
Welcome to the boards, I'm Klepsacovic
Lit Nerd, based on your name, I will not argue with you. I will simply state that my American Lit teacher taught us (the class) that -ly words are made up. Perhaps she was wrong. I personally never use -ly words because I don't see any difference in meaning and I think they sound silly.

Firstly, let me ask the moderators to forgive my tangential response.
Firstly is a real word, specifically, an adverb dating from the middle of the 1500s. Stylistically, it is a choice of the author and any editors whether to write firstly or first. I prefer firstly in a learned or scholarly context, and first for all other situations, but that's my preference, not a hard-and-fast rule.
Many writers use firstly when followed by secondly, thirdly, etc. for a sake of continuity, as it looks a bit odd to read non-ly, -ly, -ly, etc.. If I recall rightly, it is a grammatical/stylistic error to shift between -ly and non-ly. Even if it's not an error, it just looks a bit goofy to shift back-and-forth.
Secondly, thirdly, and all other numerical adjectives+ly are words as well.
