getting ships to use pics

Okay, I have made a plugin which contains a ship. I have also asked Arion for assistance in making the ship pictures, and was provided with a suberb set of graphics. To get the ship to use these pics, what do I do? I think I need to make pict resources , but I don't know what to do now. Can anybody help?

For the shipyard big pic, you need to set the graphic id in the desc resource to that of your ship pict resource. Aside from that, read the Bible very carefully, I guess. I don't know what you are specifically asking...

Are you on a mac or a PC? On a mac you can just open the pic and copy-paste it into ResEdit. If you're on a PC I think you import pics somehow within EVNEW.

I weep for the PC users who try to make plug-ins, TC's or any other. The making of a plug-in is so much easier with ResEdit and NovaTools.
