I just happened to be recalling an old conversion of Escape Velocity that created quite impressively the ELITE-universe in circa 1997. ELITE and I go way back. Though the mod still exists in Ambrosia's website, there seems to be no other trace of it, including its old website and its author. (not that the author has dissapeared, rather I simply do not remember who that person is)
Is there any interest out there in seeing such a thing appear for EV: Nova?
If the original author is still active here, I would certainly seek his/her permission before attempting anything like that, of course.
