LunarCell, a Photoshop plugin. Google it.

Photoshpp 7.0 no plug-ins needed. But I guess if you want to skip all the work that makes a piece of artwork really yours, then go ahead an use Lunar Cell.

^Well, yeah, if your focus is on graphics, then make it yourself. But if you see graphics as a necessary hurdle on the path to the story you want to tell, LunarCell is the way to go. Good results with minimal effort.

Good graphics compliment the story. Planet graphics may seem minor, but they do have an impact on the player.
