like WOG for Heroes 3

Is it possable to decompile EvNova's game engine or use the files from it to make a different EV Nova with different thing... Like add bar options or make the differnet boarding options... and finally is it legal if you have licenced EV Nova

You may NOT decompile the game engine. It is not legal no matter what.

And even if it was, you wouldn't get much use from it unless you're very good with Assembly.

I was thinking of making something like a guerilla combat game Changing all the resources and part of the engine to acomidate...

I think the legality of that action negates the practicality of whatever you were thinking.

You just can't do it. Write your own game, and you can do whatever you want with it.
