    • Suggestions for Pinned Topics in EVDC

If there's any topics over the past several years that deserve to gain the new pinning feature, let us know and link 'em here.

There was a topic a while back where Martin Turner asked about certain "ideas" about what made a good plug, or something along those lines. Find that.

      Dave @ ATMOS

    • A pinned topic with updated links to all the 'tutorial' topics (per some moderator's Dialogue topic a while ago) would be very helpful.

    • I think that we also need completely new, pinned topics, as no topic has been made with pinning in mind, such as one that lists links to web resources for the starter in plug deving. Apart from that, I think that Martin Turner's joke topic deserves it. Notice that following the change, all topics have been unlocked (please people don't abuse it).

    • I think a serious group effort update is in order for the EV Plug-in Developer FAQ's. Pinning a link to the FAQ in this forum would be helpful as well.

Pinning the most recent version(s) of the Bible might be helpful too.

    • Okay, new topic All the Important Links You'll Ever Need is pinned. Please add links to it (and don't forget to disable your signature).

    • What about the master beta tester list & company?

    • Perhaps there ought to be a pinned topic in the Nova web board (once it's back) with the details of the requirements for files uploaded to the add-ons. Why there? 'cause these files can be things other than plug-ins (so people will maybe not check here), and pipeline appies its own rules for Nova add-ons, and due to cross-platform necessities Nova add-ons need different rules from EV and EVO addons; the rules for those ones can be in pinned topics in the EV and EVO boards, respectively.

Unfortunately The Collective has not yet infiltrated that board. Until we managed to do that, you'll have to get a Nova board moderator to do that for you.

      😉

    • I´m not really sure if this is a good idea, but we could make a..

      Available developer/graphical artists topic.

There probably won´t be many, but those looking for them can look there.

Developers can put links to plugs they have made, and graphical artists to some of their work.

      Example..

      Modesty_blaise_us

      Graphical artist

      Available: YES/NO

      Work
      "link to my work"
