OK 1,2 and 3 you've really got me stumped on. Can the ship not land on any planet or just the one that you created? What is said when you try? Does it say 'no response' at the bottom of the screen or 'you can't land on xxx because...' ? Perhaps you couldn't land on your planet because it's mincool was set too high? Does the spöb have a gövt too? Are these all filled out? Read the Nova Bible closely to see how this works, I can't tell you anything specific because I think that you're not on a Mac and all I know is Mac and definately not EVNEW or whatever it is?
4 REALLY sounds like you might have a ship with 0 or just a little mass avalible, so you would only be able to buy things with no mass (like missiles) or some light guns. Or perhaps you have met/exceeded your maximum guns or turrets with the stock ship equipment, which is probably more likely. You'd be able to buy all of the missiles you wanted but not anything else. Try selling some stuff and buying more afterwards.
5 possibly means that you have a ship with 0 crew, which if I recall correctly means that you can't board any ships.
Perhaps check your shďp resource and make sure that all of the fields are filled out? Same with your spöb and etc. Check your debuglog, and your pilotlog will tell you some stuff too.
