The tool "FlattenBinToRez", which takes a Macintosh EV Nova Plug in (Converted to a .bin file first) and saves off the .REZ file for EV Nova Windows is now available.

I guess it's better late than never... I just think the timing is a little odd, since the major plugin editors have had this functionality for close to a year now.
From what I can make out, at least, EVONE's implementation is correct.

I've updated the tool so that there's a PC and a MacOS native version of it. The Mac version will directly convert any plug-in, while the PC version requires the plug-in to be in .bin or flattened .rsrc format. Both versions of the tool comes with the CodeWarrior 9.2 project, the source and the Win32 version has a Visual Studio .NET 2003 project too.
