Im haveing trouble with my planets giveing up on pay tribute. I have gov,fleet, and dude resource set for planet fleet. Still the planet always gives up. Any one else haveing this problem.

As i understand
You made new planets, and gave them defence fleets
You installed your plugin, and used an existing pilot to try to dominate them.The problem here is that if a planet doesnt exist at pilot creation, it's current fleet size is stored in the pilot file as zero (remember how current fleet size has to be saved so that if you kill half the fleet, only the other half of it is there when you return). Thus, when you add a plugin, unless you start a new pilot, nova thinks you've killed all the ships in the defence fleet.
