Well, Hi. I'm not sure how much people have been following the devlopment of the SWEV:N plug. It reall doesn't matter. The short of it is, that the progress has hit a wall. I am "officaly" on the team anymore, but at times in the past I have acted as Lead. Thats whats going on now. The Dev Team has lost drive and will, to finish the work they have started. Much of the graphical work is done (ships). Weapons, planets/landings, actuall propraming, story writing. That is what needs to be done. I know that this is not how things usually get done, but I'm asking for help. Whats needed, I belive is a good, lead programer. Someone who know there stuff, and is willing to take charge, and push on. I belive that with the proper Lead, the team would follow. The graphics man is the one of the best. The writer is very talented, he might stay, or he might not. It doesn't matter. The other members of the team are very good, when motivated.

So, its open mic time. They need help finishing something that will be counted among the best ever.

You'll just have to try and motivate your team. I've been in a very similiar situation and things did pick up after a while.

Good luck with it, I hope you find someone. However, in my experience from the past once a plugin loses all momentum like this it takes something extraordinary to get it going again. :frown:

I would lend a hand if I wasn't already on a project. And since all the graphics are done, I'm pretty useless anyway.
