Ummm... Yeah... I've searched both this board and the normal EVN board for all posts matching "Port Authority" and "PortAuthority", and all boards for posts by "Ralph" and "DrRalph". Unfortunately, each of Dr. Ralph's websites I've been directed to contain various things, but not PortAuthority. The .mac address seems to be nonexistant, so I can't get it from there. The ev-nova.net page contains NovaTools, but no PortAuthority. Does anyone know where I can get it? I'd like to be able to play Frozen Heart and various other plugins without having to go to Basilisk II and my (registered) copy of EVO...

Only if you are Martin Turner (he got a copy for porting and updating one of his amazing TC's, as I recall)
Port Authority isnt good enough to make a perfect port of anything, i dont think, either.
