Well I looked at an easter egg plugin and says to make a plugin in plugins folder with resource of l33t in it. Does anyone know how I could do this? Thanks.

I have already sent you the plugin. You must be registered to use it. If you are using Windows, you should also follow the directions for using the plugin converter to convert the plugin.
If you have trouble with converting, let us know.

It's on the addon page.
But making one is quite easy, you create a new resource picker (cmd K), and name it 133t. That's all.
