this was mentioneed in the Addons topic, but i don't think many people see it, so...

I think we need to stop submitting plug-ins to the addons page untill EVula has had a change to get it upgraded. all we are doing is giving him more work to do on his already time consuming schedual. i imagine some of you say the short list of plugs to come? well thats just for Nova. there are other games EVula has do deal with.

if you agree, about holding off plug submitance, please say so.

p.s. i posted this here is the developers section becasue i'm speaking to the people who make plugs.

I respectfully disagree. No offence EVula , but if you can't manage it for a short period of time , maybe you should temporarily transfer control to a trusted individual. If this is not possible then KarTaniK is right , its not TOO hard to find hosting space to host your plug for a bit.

I have to agree. EVula knows full well his responsibility to the Add Ons page. And although I can fully sympathize with him in having other obligations and just getting behind, he knows that the further behind he gets the more work it's going to take to get up to date again. It's also his responsibility to acknowledge when he can't manage it himself for a time. If he feels that he's still up to the task then I'm sure things will get in gear again soon. But if he's just deceiving himself then he needs to swallow his pride and ask for help. Again, no offense EVula. I have much respect for what you've done for the EV community and the commitment you've shown in the past. But we all need a kick in the rear now and then

I say cut Eric a break. **** does come up in people's lives ... I mean, My internet has been having a lot of weird problems recently, and the blackouts recently havent helped a thing.

Stuff happens, but I don't think he should be punished or chided for not doing everything at once.

Ah, no one has any TC's to post, why bother with tiny little one's that add a weapon or make three more missions or whatever. There aren't more than a few handy or good ones (i'm excluding bigger mission packs here, I haven't tried any) like Paint station, or ship variants.

but ya, about the plugs things. i only submit plugs(which i did a bit ago(wish i had'nt)) that are unqiqe, like my flyable escape pod oncec ejected. WHICH, once ethe addons is up and updated, i'm going to submit my 2 new ones. the one i did before is way out of date, and should bot even be considered. and maybe i'mm submit my dedstrroyable planets one. but probly not.

poor. EVula, i'd try everyrthing in my power to help him if i could. problem is, i really don't have any power. :frown:
