First off: what program are you using? Have you searched around on google yet? Have you searched the webboards first?

If you don't already have one, you're going to need a 3D program. There are several free ones available that do a pretty decent job: Strata, Mechanisto, PovRay, Wings 3D. Jules (Ewan) has a copy of Strata just sitting on his (url="http://"http://www.evula.org/ewan/")website(/url). Can't tell you the other links at this time but searching the boards should turn them up. There are also a number of "professional" level programs available but be warned that if you aren't lucky enough to already have a copy of one the price might turn you away. For just about any 3D program there's usualy some kind of helpful modeling advice that someone's thrown on a web page. Searching (url="http://"http://google.com")Google(/url) is bound to turn up something.

Can i use 3d max? Im proficient at it. I messed around with maya for a bit but i couldn't make much. I dont remember but i think lightwave dose 3d modeling once again havent used it tho.
I remeber it was something wierd with the origina ev to make ships (not that i remeber much as it was to long ago) but you had to have pix of the ship at different stages of rotaion an what not. I can probably make some 3d ships the only problem would be converting them into a format evn can use
Lol after looking at those models it seems i have something to contend with, im still much a noob at 3d modeling a year and 1/2 of 3d modeling at school and id be lucky to get the outsides to that quility much less the whole coloring and what not, but its summer and its not like i have anything better to do
