Did you see the text file that came with EVN named "Nova Bible.txt"? Reading the section that discusses editing the s˙st resource, we learn:

128-1127 ID of a system to link to**

which explains where and how to link systems. Examining the s˙st resources in Nova Data 2 gives plenty of examples on how this works.

Yes, just type in the ID of the system you want to link to in one of the ConLink fields.

Or, if you're using EVONE, drag a line from one system to another.

Careful! Both systs must reference each other or the link will only go one way (unless that was changed in Nova).
