OK, here's my trouble: Where are unused desc resources?! It seems like everything from 1 to 37000 is used! And anything above that becomes a negative number. Help!

Also, while we're on the topic of descs, I know how to write a desc for the planet, but how about the bar?

it can also does outfits, ships, mission IDs.
