I've basically copied the ol' ferry passenger missions into new missions for a new govt. I've got it set up just like the originals where the Available spob is the govt ID and the Travel to spob is the same ID (199). The problem is that every time I look at the mission BBS for these missions the travel to stellar is the very same stellar that I'm on. It doesn't matter what spob for that govt that I'm on - It's always the same. The governments space is pretty small - only five systems w/ spobs. Any ideas?

FINALLY figured that one out. Crap that was a annoying. Turns out the problem had to do with using duplicates of systems. The ones currently on were all set up correctly but the later ones hadn't been set up with dudes and spobs. I decided to read through areas of the Nova bible again and happened upon a note in the misns sections that said missions with a random spob will only choose spobs at least 2 jumps away and that are always there. So the engine was rightfully thinking that these spobs might disappear at some point so it wasn't choosing them. What a relief to have that out of the way.
