Have you by any chance had a crash while MissionComputer was running? Anyway, try going into the MissionComputer folder in your Preferences folder and delete it. You'll have to re-set your MissionComputer preferences, but this will clear the MissionComputer cache.

In order to display ship IDs, weapon IDs, probabilities, and so on side by side, Matt used ResEdit's rectangle editor field, but since the numbers don't actually represent a rectangle, the rectangle they produce isn't always valid. ResEdit thinks you ~are~ trying to edit a rectangle, and so warns you that the one you've made isn't valid.
As far as further editors go, I have underway Cartographer, which will be a graphical syst/spob/nebu editor, but nothing else is yet at the stage that I want to go public with it.
