I am currently working on a TC for Nova. Anyway to cut a long story short I am looking for anyone who can make ship (and preferrebly outfits too) graphics. Someone who can write mission strings would be good to. So far I have the 4 Major governments (and plenty of minor ones too) the ships and outfits (not graphics) done and all background scripting.

Curious what you mean about "write mission strings". Are you looking for people to write the stories for each string or do you mean that the stories have already been written and you just need them broken up and implemented into seperate missions?

Well, I have the background and motives of the governments done but when I try to write mission string stories they tend to fizzle out or be plain stupid or so corny and clichęd they'll make you cringe etc. etc... So yeah someone to write the stories for each string.

Not that I can help, since I am always a lazy asp bastich but it might help if you tried to create an outline at least for each mission. If someone writes the stories, they are basically writing the entire TC. However, if you supply an outline of how your want each story to go, you may stop yourself from making cliched stories.

You also give instant guidelines to anyone who wants to write your stories.

Think of Star Trek on TV. They gave story outlines and then had writers write them. Instead of saying Here are the Romulans and here are the Humans, now write me a story.

No, you don't understand. I always do a mission outline of the way I want the story to go. it does not stop me making them clichęd. Unless I make it so general it could mean anything. Thanks anyway.

Well yes someone has said they would do the story, more people would be appreciated (maybe a person for each string!), but I have given them the background info and motives of the major governments. I'll help him if he wants help but basically the story is in his hands though I will probably do the min or missions and maybe a linked mission or two. Now I've done the background I am just going to make ships, outfits, spobs, systems and so forth. I will supply him with these so he knows what he has to work with but he can request more (or less!) of things or request a specific planet or ship or whatever that he wants to make the mission.
