Anyways, work on the project has officially began a few days ago. Anyone who wants to help work on it or simply check it out only needs to head over to EV-nova.net and join the group "Middle Earth - The First Age".

I hope you find a way to keep the names straight, because if I were playing it I would get really lost really fast: Fingolfin? Beren? Luthien? etc. not to mention the names of places. LOL

But, if you pull this off, brilliant. I had an idea for something like this a while ago (the personal combat instead of ships) but decided it would be too hard to institute some things (like changing weapon graphics w/ new weapons)...Good luck, have fun, hope it works.

No, the user group is still open for new applications. All you have to do is log in to the EV-Nova.net forums, click the User Groups link up at the top right corner of the page, select "Middle Earth - The First Age" from the list, and click Join Group, and your name will be put forward for Pan Sola's consideration.
