I'm sorry but my app. isn't what you are looking for.
BUT in a few days the Public beta of EVONE will be out. EVONE is a complete (and OS X native) editor for ev,evo and evn. While it will be a beta , and not all editors are complete. The galaxy editor (the one you need) is complete. Also there is a s˙st edior , that lets you place planets(without starting up nova/override). As shown in the picture below. EVONE is 10$ shareware. For 10$ you get the whole thing (including upgrades , new editors , etc...). You can test it for free for 30 days.
