Your TC project, while enticing, is not very original. every TC has those things you've just mentioned, so you're going to have to give a wee bit more detail to us.
And it doesn't have to be a TC, either, you know. I actually enjoy playing add-on plug-ins better than TCs.

Need More Data. What you just stated applies to 90% of the TC's (at the beginning) out in development. You need to figure out a focus, a plan, a concrete idea of what you want this thing to look like. Then, and only then will you be able to interest people here to burn countless hours each day on your idea.
