Okay, I just downloaded beta 6, and when I try to open the .sea file it gives me a -43 error before even asking for the password or anything. Is the file screwed, or is it just my computer?

Since the file worked fine for me, I suspect it's a compatability problem. If you haven't got the latest version of Stuffit Expander, I suggest you get it. If you do... Well, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Sounds like your computer/configuration is messed up.
