Is there a newer version of the nova bible as the latest release was a pre-release?

Matt Burch says there is, but no one's made it available yet (at least, not that I can find).

I got a newer copy from the "bible_and_tmpls" folder. It's on the Addons page somewhere (I think at the botom of the guides section).
