Does anybody know of an easy way to make starmaps for a concept galaxy? For instance, how does CaptainCarnotaur make his?

What do you mean by a concept starmap? I've done some using pencil-and-paper...or if you want it already in an EV-type format you can use some of Pontus's tools. Some people've used some other programs too; I'll let them answer your question better than I'm doing it.
